This tour involves several hours of walking outdoors. We recommend you wear shoes and clothes that are easy to walk in. Please check the weather forecast before you head to the meeting point and prepare an umbrella or rain coat if necessary
In winter, the temperatures will be below 10℃ at the high, and in the morning and evening may be close to or below 0℃. Please wear warm clothing and footwear appropriate for snowy and cold conditions. There may also be snow and ice on the road/sidewalk, and so you should take care to not slip by preparing the correct shoes for such conditions
There will be free time along the way for guests to enjoy the locations at their own pace. However, please make sure that you are at the respective meeting points at the time stated by your guide. If you get lost or need assistance, feel free to call the number which is listed on your tour pass, and our staff will assist you immediately
The meeting point is in front of the Tourist Information Center in the middle of Toyama Station, across from the ticket office. It is in the center of the train station and you'll be able to find your tour guide next to the spiral stairs. Please wait there until 9:20 A.M. when the tour starts. Be sure to look for the guide wearing a SNOW MONKEY RESORTS tour tag.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
