Our class has been open since 1964 and is dedicated to Japanese food and home cooking.
20 September 2023. A new sushi class will be held.
In this cooking class, you will learn how to make sushi directly from the third generation of instructors, straight from scratch! You will also receive a recipe so that you can make it at home. You will be able to have a nigiri sushi sushi party at home! The ingredients are authentic flavours from the Omimachi market! In this course, you can learn how to make delicious sushi and also learn the traditional way of squeezing soy sauce and dashi (Japanese soup stock), which is the key ingredient of Japanese cuisine.
The lecturer's speech will be audio-translated into English in real time.
