Description
Enjoy the easy mountain trekking in the beautiful native forest with a local guide. You will see 360° view from the peak, and have a nice coffee & snack break in the breathtaking scene.
Yuki cho has the highest mountain called Mt. Omine (1.050m/3444ft) in Hiroshima city, and we are going to hike up to the peak of Mt. Omine.
You will see the beautiful native forest through the activity with nature music such as the chirping of birds and sound of river.
After reaching to the top, we will have a coffee break(other option available) at the spectacular spot where you can see Miyajima and Setonaikai inland sea. Let's take a lot of photos for the memory of your trip here.
On the way back, we will indulge into Shinrinyoku (Japanese forest meditation) if time allows.
Is it going to be challenging and hard mountain climbing? The answer is no.
We will start the trekking from 750m/2460ft, so it is not that difficult to climb up to the top.

9:10 Heading up to the entrance of trekking way
9:30 Trekking Mt. Omine starts
10:30 Reaching to the peak & coffee break
11:00 Climbing down the mountain
12:00 Back to Yuki Experience Center
●Caution
The bus schedule to here and back to the city is little bit limited (once an hour), so please make sure which bus you are going to take.
When it's going to be difficult to go on the tour due to the weather condition, the guide will contact you in advance at least 1 day before.

・The local bus schedule to meeting point and back to the city is little bit limited (about once an hour) because it's countryside and away from the city, so please make sure which bus you are going to take before booking. Also you might need the cash for the bus (about 2.000 yen) for round trip.
・This tour will basically take place rain or shine. However, when it's going to be difficult to go on the tour due to the weather condition, the guide will contact you in advance at least 1 day before.
・When it's rain, please bring the rain jacket and pants (water-proof trekking shoes is also recommended).

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
