※ Ticket Redemption: Visit a green ticket vending machine or station counter to exchange your e-ticket for a physical ticket. Scan the QR code from your e-ticket and present your non-Japanese passport. Machines offer menus in Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, or Korean. Available stations include Kansai Airport, Kyoto, Shin-Osaka, Osaka, Okayama, Hiroshima, Shin-Yamaguchi, Shimonoseki, Kokura, and Hakata.
※ If the machine is not working or your passport does not have an IC chip, please go to the JR-WEST Ticket Office to exchange your e-ticket for a physical ticket.
※ Seat Reservation: Before boarding the train, make a seat reservation at the station. Use the green ticket vending machine to obtain a physical reserved seat ticket along with an area ticket.
※ Boarding: Use your physical ticket to pass through the automated ticket gate.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• An adult (12 years or older) or child rail pass holder can bring up to two infants (ages 1-5) for free. Any additional infants require a child rail pass. Babies under 1 year old travel for free when accompanied by an adult.
• A child rail pass is needed for each infant in the following cases: when an infant uses a reserved seat by themselves or when an infant is traveling alone.
• If there is a discrepancy between the foreign language and Japanese versions of the carriage conditions, the Japanese version will be considered correct.
• If a reserved seat cannot be used due to full occupancy or other reasons, the difference in price between a non-reserved and reserved seat will not be refunded.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
