On arrival at the airport kindly proceed to your airline counter and check in with your respective carrier.
When you have completed the airline check-in process please proceed to the Club Mobay desk where an associate will provide you with information on how to access the lounge. You will be required to present your boarding pass or passport to the Club Mobay associate to confirm your reservation and to receive your Club Mobay voucher.
Once you get to Club Mobay, you will be required to show your confirmation to gain access. Your confirmation would have been emailed to you when the service was booked and we ask that you have this available via email or printed for the Club Mobay associate.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
