• Backpacks and bags are not allowed inside the Basilica and have to be left at the free deposit available in Calle San Basso
• Please wear appropriate clothes to enter the Basilica (no bare knees or shoulders)
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals
• This tour happens rain or shine (in the event of exceptional high tides, it may be canceled with a refund provided)
• This tour may be multilingual in Winter (depending on the number of participants)
· From August 6, clients must present at the Basilica entrance: An ID and a Green Pass (for European people) at least of the first dose of vaccine among those authorized by the EMA or by AIFA, or a negative molecular or rapid swab test made within the past 48 hours (tour time), or a proof of being recovered from COVID-19 in the previous six months. In the absence of these document, it will not be possible to enter the venue.
The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds
You are required to bring and wear a mask
Meet by Calle Larga Ascensione, in front of the post office next to St. Mark's Square. Go to the wooden stand with the yellow sign that reads "Meeting Point".
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
