• It's recommended that you wear comfortable shoes for this tour
• Unfortunately this tour is not fully accessible for wheelchair users or people with walking disabilities
• Each gondola can host a maximum of 5 people; the seat aboard cannot be chosen but will be assigned by the gondolier depending on the guest's weight
• The tour does not operate in case of exceptionally bad weather. The tour will be postponed until the weather improves, or a refund will be provided

Venice Tours Office is in Campo San Gallo, San Marco 1093/B, beside San Marco Square. Having the Basilica of San Marco behind you, stay on the right side of the square and go under the arches. Find Olivetti Museum, turn right, pass under the archways, cross the little bridge and go straight to “Campo San Gallo”.
For the Gondola Ride, meet on the ground floor colonnade in front of Museo Correr's entrance in Saint Mark's Square. Facing the Museo Correr's entrance, you will see the Post Office (Poste Italiane) on your left. An assistant will wait for you with a signboard with “gondola tour” written on it. The gondola tour starts at 4:00 PM.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
