Once you have finished class, it will be time to sit down in the lounge of an old Roman house, just seconds from the Spanish Steps, to enjoy the fruits of your labor.
It all begins when you meet your chef who will take you to the enchanting markets and stores where Romans do their grocery shopping. There is no better way to get to know a city than to shop like a local, and you will be led on a journey to find the best of the day’s produce.
Your cooking class takes place in an old house that was once the luxury home of a Roman princess. You will learn how to make and prepare homemade pasta the Italian way, and get tips on choosing an accompanying wine.
Italians take their food seriously, but expect to have a lot of fun today. You will also pick up some handy tips that you can use when you return home.
