Admire the marvellous ruins of Pompeii and the beautiful indented Italian coast on a day trip from Rome.
Start with pickup from Rome and travel south to the ruins of Pompeii. Submerged under the volcanic eruption of nearby Mount Vesuvius in AD 79. See a city frozen in time with many of its buildings still standing. Enter the house of the gladiators, and see the place where they practised before the fights. Discover theaters used for comedies and tragedies and explore the ancient shops and noble houses.
In the afternoon, travel towards the town of Positano, which is a glimpse into Italy of old, untouched by traffic and hectic modern life. Wander down its picturesque streets and see its many beautiful cafés and shops.
Then, discover the breathtaking landscapes of the Amalfi coast. See the sparkling Mediterranean and quaint fishing villages along the way. Be returned to Rome in the evening after a full day of exploring.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
