Start your market and cooking experience with an espresso, then on to the market to shop for fresh ingredients. Return to the kitchen and whip up a tasty Italian meal to be enjoyed with matching wine.
We will meet at my cooking lab that's very close (20 meters!) to one of the most typical and iconic openair food-market in Milan (really easy to reach with train, buses or tram). We'll start our exploration having a real italian espresso in one tipical Italian bar. Then we'll sink into the market itself looking for genuine and fresh ingredients to prepare our dishes ( fruits, vegetables, cheese, bread, pasta...). At the laboratory we'll have lunch prepared with all the ingredients we bought at market, following italian traditional recipes under my assistance and supervision. Italian wines will be part of the experience matching perfectly with the dishes. The experience will be both professional and relaxed. Guests will walk away with all the recipes in their pocket, so they can share the experience at home.

The cooking lab is a shop with 3 bi windows and big red signs on top Chef and the City. When you are in front of the main door please rin the bell to geti in.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
