• Not wheelchair accessible
• A dress code is required to enter the Cathedral. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women
• It is extremely recommended to wear comfortable shoes. During hot days it is recommended to wear a sun hat
• Due to increased security measures at the Duomo, some queues may form. Additionally, strict rules apply to enter the church (no knives, no scissors, no glass bottles, etc.)
• The elevator has a maximum capacity of 7 people, so you may encounter a queue to get to the roof
• The elevator may not be used to descend for security reasons; in this event, the descent will be done by stairs

All participants who are 12 years and older must present a Reinforced Green Pass that is valid in the EU and has a verifiable QR code. Reinforced Green Passes can only be obtained by uploading either proof of full vaccination or proof of a Covid-19 infection within the last 6 months to either the Green Pass or Covid Certificate app
Meet your guide under the arches of the Mondadori Megastore, located on the right-hand side of Piazza del Duomo when facing the front entrance of the cathedral. Piazza del Duomo can get extremely crowded for reasons that go beyond tour operator control. If you need anything, please contact the number on the voucher.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
