• Climbing Brunelleschi's Dome involves 463 steps; it is not recommended for those with mobility issues
• Ticket and security checks are mandatory before the tour
• The Cathedral and the crypt remain closed on Sundays and during Christian holidays
• Shoulders and knees must be covered to get into the cathedral's ground floor, baptistery, and crypt, but not required in other sites of the dome
• The Cathedral may be closed for liturgical reasons without notice
• The 3-day pass availability starts from the morning date you reserved
• The Baptistery is undergoing restoration of the mosaics of the vault
• Every first Sunday of the month the Baptistery will close at 2 PM
• The Museum is closed on the first Tuesday of each month

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
