Learn, in a real laboratory, to prepare two symbols that represent Sicily in the world: the Arancino and the Almond Paste!
During the cooking class you will learn how to make the typical Sicilian Arancino, with an explanation of how the rice that will form the arancino should be cooked and then different types of fillings will be made (with the possibility of vegetarian fillings) with which you can stuff the rice and then Teach you how to make the typical crunchy breading.
You will also be taught how to make the Sicilian Almond paste.
At the end of the lesson, a tasting of the various types of arancini and Almond paste will follow and you will be offered Sicilian-type wine, water and coffee.
