• Please be prepared to go through airport-style security checks. All visitors are invited to collaborate by emptying their pockets from objects metal and opening their bags

• In the unlikely event of closures of the Terraces or Cathedral, the guided tour will include the Duomo Museum. You can use your ticket in the next 72h to visit the Terraces
• The Duomo Museum is closed on Wednesdays
• The Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo may change its opening hours, access methods, visit duration or any events planned at the Duomo
• The ascent to the Terraces is by elevator, and the descent is on foot
Head over to the Infopoint of the Duomo in Piazza Duomo, on the right-hand side of the Cathedral. Your guide will be there to give you the entrance tickets and set you up with the microphone system.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
