Visitors aged 6-17 years old need to present a valid photo ID with their date of birth to be eligible for a discounted ticket. Otherwise, they have to buy the full adult ticket
Entry to the museum may be delayed if there are large numbers of visitors inside.
The Entrance Ticket is a timed Ticket. Late comers will not be guaranteed with entrance or refund.
There might be a waiting time of 15/20 minutes according to the Museum Rules.
Meet one of the activity provider's staff in front of the Carrefour Express Supermarket and exchange your voucher for a physical ticket. Look for the person holding a white flag with ‘ENJOY ROME’ written on it.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
