Begin your tour of the Brunello wine region by traveling south from Florence toward the city of Siena, crossing part of the Chianti Classico vineyards. From Siena you continue south to reach Montalcino passing through the Val d'Orcia, a UNESCO World Heritage, with sweet and enchanting hills.
Once you arrive in the area, you will meet a Brunello di Montalcino boutique winery owner and enjoy a guided tour with wine tasting and Tuscan snacks. You will have the chance to visit the cellars and learn about the origin and organic or biodynamic production of this world renowned wine.Enjoy the unique experience of tasting the evolution of wine straight from the barrel (depending on the season). During the wine tasting you will enjoy DOCG Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino DOC and a third wine (according to the winery production).
After a nice walk in the historic center of the medieval town, a second wine tasting and Tuscan lunch is waiting for you at a small family run Brunello winery. Accompanying your wine tasting, you will enjoy Tuscan extra virgin olive oil, local cheese and delicious pasta.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
