• Until further notice, entrance inside St. Mark’s Basilica is not possible due to ongoing restoration work. Tours will visit the basilica's Terrace and its Museum instead
• For safety reasons, no backpacks are allowed inside
• Children up to 5 years go free (document required). From the age of 6 they must pay the full ticket.
• Shoulders and knees must be covered inside the church
• The basilica is seen from the outside only
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned
The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds
You are required to bring and wear a mask
You will receive a mandatory temperature check
All participants over 12 years old must present one of the following: proof of full vaccination, proof of first vaccination administered at least 22 days ago, proof of a Covid-19 infection in the past 6 months, or a negative PCR test taken no more than 48 hours before the activity starts
Meet at Calle larga de l’Ascension next to the post office San Marco (opposite side of the Saint Marks Basilica). Look for the yellow "Meeting Point" sign on the wooden kiosk.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
