It is mandatory to enter your name and surname when booking, otherwise, you will not be allowed access to the Colosseum as the ticket is nominative.
You must provide an ID at the Colosseum.
To collect the free tickets for those under 18 years of age, it is necessary to show ID at the entrance of the Colosseum.
The link to watch the video will be on the voucher after booking, if you do not see it you can write to us and we will send it to you.
Pick up your ticket at "ARTOUR" above the Colosseum metro station, passing Caffè Roma. Please arrive 20 minutes before the booked time.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
