• This tour is conducted in French and Spanish. In spaces where guided groups aren't allowed, an audio guide will be provided
• Please wear comfortable shoes
• Changes or cancellations requested less than 24 hours before the tour departure time are not possible
• Teens can be booked on the tour but must be accompanied by an adult
• Anybody under 18 is not permitted to drink or sample alcohol
• Wheelchairs, motorized scooters or any other device to assist mobility are not recommended, as we cannot guarantee: that all footpaths/sidewalks/curbs will have suitable ADA/EU compliant ramps, nor appropriate footpath/sidewalk/curb, traffic or weather conditions.
• Anyone over 18 will be required to show: 1. Valid photographic ID (Passport or Driving License) and 2. Valid proof of a vaccination against COVID-19, or a recovery from COVID-19 in the past 6 months. (Note* The Digital COVID Certificate or recognized equivalent.)

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
