• For the round trip option, please kindly state your date and return time from Nusa Lembongan upon booking. Daily return time from Nusa Lembongan is at 8:15 AM, 11:00 AM and 4:15 PM
• Hotel pick up covers Sanur, Kuta, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua and Ubud centre area. Please refer to your voucher for specific pick up time
• Hotel pick up is available at an additional fee of $18/car (up to 4 persons) for Uluwatu, Canggu, outer Ubud area and Ngurah Rai airport. Please select the 'hotel pick up' from the add-on option upon booking
• The insurance scheme requires every customer to be at their best condition upon joining the trip. Customers with particular health problems, physical handicaps and pregnant women will travel at their own risk

Cancellations
