Customers will be picked up from the place where they arrive and taken to any destination they have required in the booking.
We provide good services to our customers by using good clean cars. You will be fetched by an English speaking driver who will be ready at the pick up point by the time your plane arrives at the airport or 15 minutes before your departure from any hotel you stay to go to any places you have booked. The driver will be holding a sign with your name written on it. Our customers will be contacted at least 3 (three) hours before the pick up time or earlier after the booking is confirmed. We will always ensure that the inside of the car is clean and free from cigarette or smoke smell. With all of the service standard we have mentioned above, we are positive that our customers will enjoy the ride and have good experience with us.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
