IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• The vehicle fits a maximum of 3 people with baggage or 5 people without baggage
• Local operator will check your ETA one day prior to your arrival. Usually you need 40-60 minutes to pass immigration and exit the terminal. The driver will be waiting for maximum 1 hour from the pickup time.
• For departure, please aim to leave your hotel at least 4 hours prior to your flight schedule due to Jakarta's unpredictable traffic
• In case of flight delay more than 1 hour, there will be a waiting surcharge fee IDR 50.00 per hour payable directly to the driver. However, it's not guaranteed the driver will be able to wait if there is another pickup scheduled
• For hotel pickup, please wait in the hotel lobby 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time
• If the driver cannot contact you after waiting one hour, it will be considered a "no show" and you will forfeit your payment
