This tour will start from pick up at 7 pm at your accommodation, driving approximately 1 hour to reach the location. After arriving at the location we will enjoy the cool and peaceful night air in the mountainous area while drinking coffee or tea to accompany your evening to see lava falling from the peak of Merapi which is a very rare experience.

To enhance your experience, we also offer a climb to Turgo Hill, located at an altitude of 1,000 meters above sea level (see our tour options). Here, you will be treated to stunning views of Mount Merapi and its lava, panoramic views of Yogyakarta from above, and fresh air.

After the tour is finished, the driver will return to take you to your accommodation in a relaxed and comfortable manner.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
