Lombok: Mount Rinjani 3D/2N Hiking Full Experience

Embark on a 4-day trek to the summit of Mount Rinjani, the second-highest volcano in Indonesia. Enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding landscapes and the turquoise waters of Lake Segara Anak.

Day 1: Arrive at Port or Airport
Travelers usually arrive at Pemenang port via Bali or Gili Islands. Some travelers may arrive via Lombok airport. In both situations, transportation to the homestay in Senaru is provided. Arrive at the homestay and have dinner. Enjoy beautiful views from the outdoor dining area as well as watch monkeys right below you. Walk to Tiu Kelep waterfall which is only 20 minutes by foot. The trail is right in front of the homestay.

Day 2: Hike up to Crater Rim
Start your day with breakfast and coffee or tea. Depending on if you are hiking from Sembalun or Senaru, you will either start with a short drive to the trailhead or a 1-hour drive to Sembalun. Hike all day until late afternoon, stopping for lunch in the middle. Arrive at the crater rim in the late afternoon where your porters will already be setting up camp. Spend the evening enjoying the views from the crater rim and have dinner. Sleep at the crater rim.

Day 3: Hike to the Summit, Lake Sagaru Anak, & Senaru Crater Rim
Wake up at 2:00 AM for a quick breakfast and then hike to the summit starting at around 2:30 AM. After summiting, come back to the crater rim for a big breakfast and then start to descend to Lake Sagaru Anak. Rest at the hot springs near the lake and have lunch, and then continue to Senaru crater rim where you will spend the night.

Day 4: Hike to Senaru Village via Jungle Forest
Have breakfast and then begin the 5-hour hike through the jungle forest to Senaru village. Have lunch at a midway point on the hike. After arriving in Senaru village, have transportation back to the homestay. Then also have transportation back to the port/airport.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
