• The following are prohibited as they can damage the slides or are potential snagging hazards: Loose clothing, eyewear, and swimsuits or shorts with metal decorations (including metal zippers or drain holes on boardshorts)
• Children must be aged between 2 - 11 Years old
• Children under 2 enter for free
• Family tickets are valid for 2 adults and 2 children only
• No outside food and drinks can be brought into the park
• Children under 11 must be accompanied by an adult
• By purchasing a ticket and entering the park you accept and agree to the terms and conditions of entry

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
