Wait time is expected.
The customer will be asked to complete an Indemnity Bond before the Flight as a Mandatory Process.
The ride is expected to be canceled due to weather conditions.
In case of cancellation of the ride due to weather conditions or any safety conditions, the Booking cannot be refunded. Only rescheduling is allowed.
No heart problems or other serious medical conditions.
The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to people who are unfit for the ride or not eligible for the ride keeping the passenger's safety in mind.
Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged/refunded.
We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes before the venue.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
