First, you will be transferred out of the city in a Tuk Tuk. The tour commences with a gentle cycle through charming villages along the irrigation canals, where you’ll encounter the heartwarming hospitality of the locals. As you pedal through the lush countryside, you’ll pass through thriving rubber, spice, and pineapple plantations. You will reach the eco camp at the birding hotspot of Thattekkad. Here you will be served with a South Indian homely lunch will be simple Keralan dishes mostly prepared from local produce. You can spend some time relaxing or watching birds and nature at the eco camp nestled on the banks of the Kuttampuzha River and Edamalayar forest on the other side. It is recommended to spend overnight at the camp if you are interested in birding. Charges will be additional charges.

If you choose to ride more after lunch, we will restart the cycling through the undulating forest roads of Neriamangalam along the Periyar River, where the air is filled with the symphony of nature, creating a serene and awe-inspiring backdrop. You will meet the locals making baskets out of long bamboo strips. To keep you energized, you’ll have light refreshments along the way. The journey culminates in Kallarkutty (30 Kms short of Munnar). Here, we will meet the cab for the drive to Munnar through the misty tea plantations. It's recommended to book overnight accommodation in Munnar. Charges will be additional.
