Day 1: Arrival
Land in Iceland, pick up your rental car at the airport and spend your first night in Reykjavík.
Day 2: South Shore
Drive along Iceland's south coast, visit Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss waterfalls, Dyrhólaey promontory, Reynisfjara black sand beach, and Vík í Mýrdal, a picturesque village.
Day 3: Vatnajökull National Park
Head towards Skaftafell for glacier hikes and views of Svartifoss waterfall. Visit Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon and Diamond Beach. End the day in Höfn.
Day 4: East Fjords
Drive through the East Fjords, experiencing dramatic landscapes and quaint villages like Djúpivogur and Fáskrúðsfjörður. End the day at Egilsstaðir, the largest town in the East.
Day 5: Lake Mývatn

Day 7: Borgarfjörður
Proceed to Borgarfjörður, visiting Reykholt, Deildartunguhver hot spring, Hraunfossar and Barnafoss waterfalls, and the Settlement Centre in Borgarnes.
Day 8: Snæfellsnes Peninsula
Explore the Snæfellsnes Peninsula, starting with the Gerðuberg basalt columns and Ytri Tunga beach. Visit Arnarstapi and Hellnar, Snæfellsjökull National Park, and Djúpalónssandur beach. End at Kirkjufell mountain and nearby Kirkjufellsfoss waterfall.
Day 9: Golden Circle
Visit Þingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the Geysir geothermal area. Watch Strokkur erupt and continue to Gullfoss waterfall. Return to Reykjavík for your final night.

All rooms are standard.
Once you clear customs and enter the arrivals hall, the car rental shuttle parking space is right outside – next to “Flybus Parking”. This shuttle will take you to the Rental Car Area where Blue Car Rental will be your second stop on its route. Quite convenient and easy to find.
The shuttle runs from 06:00 – 18:00 every day with approximately 15 minutes intervals. If you are picking up after 18:00 we ask you to walk over to our delivery office. Simply exit the airport on the departure side and there you can see our delivery office across the parking lot.
Our delivery office at the Keflavik International Airport is located within 4 minutes walking distance from the airport at Blikavellir 3. Renters are also more than welcome to take the walk over to us during the day.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
