Learn about the dessert's importance to wedding dinners in the countryside, as well as about wider Hungarian cuisine, customs, and everyday life.
Then, delight in learning the local partner's mother's recipe, which makes the stretched version of the strudel. Stretch the elastic pastry by hand until it is very thin, under your chef's guidance.
