Get a local point of view on Budapest’s Christmas traditions and culture while seeing some of the inner city’s top sights. On this 2.5-hour tour, your guide will take you to two Christmas markets where you’ll find Hungarian handicrafts, trinkets, souvenirs, and local foods and sweets on offer.
Along the way you’ll see the Opera House, Andrassy Boulevard, and St. Stephen’s Basilica. Enjoy a guided visit to the basilica, and see the impressive Holy Right Chapel. You’ll have the option of admiring the holiday decorations inside the basilica and around the square.
At the end of the tour there’s hot mulled wine waiting for you! Your guide will leave you in Vorosmarty Square, the site of the city’s biggest Christmas market, so that you can do some holiday shopping on your own.

When should I book?

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
