Estate Argyros Winery
Estate Argyros winery is located on the outskirts of Episkopi Gonia, about 5.5km southeast of Fira. Argyros’ spacious tasting room is located in the heart of their vineyard estate and features ocean views. Like in most Santorini wineries, the white Assyrtiko grape is the main variety of grape produced and used here, though Argyros also makes a delicious Aidani wine, and their ruby red Mavrotragano has scored 93/100 Parker points at Wine Advocate.
Wine Museum & Winery Koutsogiannopoulos
This one-of-a-kind museum happens to be nestled in a cave and because of its unique position, this natural labyrinth is eight meters below ground and 300 meters long. With the family knowledge and historical exhibits, guests will get a glimpse of what life was like as a winemaker here. The Koutsogiannopoulos Winery produces a variety of wines that are distinguished into young or aged white wines, young or aged red wines, rosé, semisweet and sweet wines
Venetsanos Winery
A charming winery in the village of Megalochori, featuring traditional Cycladic architecture and offering gorgeous views of the caldera and volcanic cliffs. Venetsanos offers a handful of wines for tasting, using mostly Assyrtiko and Mandilaria grapes It was built in 1947 and became the first industrial winery on the island. The winery was built in an unconventional manner constructed from above and moving downwards
