The guide/driver will pick you from your hotel or preferred location in Ohrid. Drive 3.5 hours to Pela ( border cross with Greece ). We will visit Pella, the birthplace of Alexander the Great, and the historical capital of the ancient kingdom of Macedon. From Pela we will drive 1h 15min to the other destination of this journey, Vergina, the place where the untouched tomb of the Macedonian King Philip II of Macedon (Alexander the Great’s father), was discovered. Inside the museum you will see the original golden sarcophagus and the crown of Philp II with many other golden and bronze artifacts. Drive to Ohrid and drop off at preferred destination.
