• Gender: On a Standard basis, our Team includes a male and a female massage therapist.
• We respect your wishes, and you are welcome to particularly request only male or only female massage therapists – please request them during the booking process. Due to scheduling demands, we cannot always guarantee your choice for a particular therapist.
• However, we consider this a special request and additional charge € 50/60’ is applied for any requests or need for external freelance massage professionals out of Zen Spa’s Personnel.
• For all sessions, 10' minutes are taken for a Guest Consultation as well as time to undress, redress, and shower.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
