Start your tour with a visit to the St. Lorenz, a medieval church which was badly damaged during the second world war and later restored. Here, you will admire rich art-works on its west facade.

Next, you'll see the virtues of faith, hope, charity, courage, temperance, and patience which are represented in figures. The Fountain represents six virtues crowned by the figure of Justice.

As we continue, you will walk on the Fleisch Bridge, constructed in late Renaissance style. The bridge crosses the river Pegnitz in the center of the old town, linking the districts St. Sebald and St. Lorenz along the axis of the main market.

Your next stop will be the Hauptmarket which is the place where one of the largest Christmas markets in Germany and one of the most famous in the world is held every year. It is also known as the main market and located in the central square of the Old town.

Get to see the church tower which is 115.6 meters (379 ft) in height. It still remains the the tallest structure in the city and the second tallest brickwork tower in the world.

Finally, you will visit Albrecht Dürer's House, which was built around 1420. Here, you will see a half timbered house where Germany’s most famous artist is said to have lived and worked for 20 years.
