Aunt Alma's South Tyrolean wine tasting with Marende (snack) offers an enjoyable experience of tasting exquisite wines from the picturesque South Tyrol region. Guests can enjoy aromatic white wines such as Gewürztraminer and Pinot Blanc as well as elegant red wines such as Lagrein and Vernatsch. The region's unique terroir, with its alpine climate and mineral-rich soils, gives the wines a distinctive character. Every sip tells a story of tradition, craftsmanship and passion for tradition.
And since good wine and good food go together perfectly, we serve a delicious South Tyrolean Marende (traditional South Tyrolean snack) with the wine tasting.

At this special tasting we taste together only the finest South Tyrolean wines, such as the legendary Lagrein Riserva from the Abtei-Muri, the Lagrein "Taber" Riserva from the Bozen winery, which has received the best international ratings, and the flagship Pinot Blanc "Quintessenz" from the winery Kaltern or the Sauvignon Riserva “Greel” from the Bozen winery. At the end, of course, a corresponding dessert wine should not be missing.
