Your tour will start on the Deutsche Alpenstrasse, or German Alpine Way, whose sinuous curves wind upwards through the picturesque valleys of the Alps towards the beautiful foothills of Berchtesgaden. Here you will have the opportunity to take a trip up to Obersalzberg and enjoy its phenomenal views.
Those who wish to may take the special bus service and exciting underground elevator to visit the Eagle's Nest, where the remains of Hitler's holiday residence are to be seen. On wintry days, when snow and ice cover on the higher peaks, you will visit the famous salt mines of Berchtesgaden instead to learn about this particularly fascinating chapter in the area's history.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
