The RheinMainCard, available as either an individual ticket or group ticket, is valid for two consecutive days, starting on the date that is inscribed until the end of operating hours on the following day. Children up to the age of five can travel for free when accompanied by an adult.
Simply exchange your confirmation voucher (received after booking) at one of the several tourist office locations in Frankfurt to get started. Afterward, your RheinMainCard is yours to use freely, based on your travel needs.

Travel on long-distance trains (IC, ICE) requires separate tickets
You must keep social distance while in vehicles

You must present either proof of full vaccination, proof of a Covid-19 infection in the past 6 months, or a negative test taken no more than 24 hours before the activity starts
Your voucher needs to be exchanged at one of the following tourist offices before first usage: Tourist Information Hauptbahnhof (Main Train station) or Frankfurt am Main Tourist Information.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
