After getting picked up from your hotel you'll head directly for the Georgian capital, Tbilisi, where you will explore the sightseeing in old and new city, cable car ride to Narikala fortress.
You will visit the Old Town which will give an authentic experience of Old Tbilisi life and history, full of charming cobblestone streets, old Churches, Synagogue, Mosque, Sulphur Baths and old buildings.
Sioni Cathedral is one of the most remarkable monuments of Georgian medieval architecture. It is located in Old Tbilisi. The original church was built in the VI and VII centuries, but since then had been repeatedly destroyed and rebuilt. As a consequence, the modern view of the cathedral belongs mainly to the 13th century.
Take a walk by Shardeni street, located next to Old Tbilisi. It is one of the more famous streets in Tbilisi and can be best described as a street that’s always alive. Shardeni is a narrow pedestrian street that is filled with cafes, bars, and represents the city’s social and nightlife parts really well.
Afterwards, you are going to take a cable car ride that offers the opportunity to see the local beauty from a height and it’s also quickly takes you to the picturesque ruins of the Narikala Fortress.
Ather you will visit the impressive monument and the main symbol of Georgia "Kartlis Deda", mostly known as "Mother Georgia". The statue was erected on the top of Sololaki hill next to the Narikala Fortress in 1958, the year Tbilisi celebrated its 1500th anniversary.
And the last stop is the Bridge of Peace is definitely the attraction one wouldn’t want to miss in Tbilisi. It is a pedestrian glass and steel bridge in a bow-shaped design that sits over the "Mtkvari"- "Kura" river in Tbilisi. It’s a convenient cross point between the Rike Park and the ‘old’ part of the town. It also provides amazing views of Tbilisi, especially at sunrise, sunset or night.
