Once the dough shines brilliantly from macaronage, learn the art of skillfully filling the piping bag to avoid any waste. This basic step paves the way to the exciting moment of piping the dough. Your guide demonstrates the technique on round templates before teaching how to embellish each shell with unique designs using a smaller double nozzle.

This creative step, allowing for personalization, becomes a highlight as participants design their own macarons. Depending on the precision of their work, each person crafts 15 macarons to take home in a specially provided box.

While the macarons bake, your culinary adventure continues with a demonstration on preparing a delightful raspberry or mango-passion ganache destined to fill your creations, adding a burst of flavor to your handmade treats.

All people at the workshop must have made their reservation. It is therefore not possible to stay just to observe.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
