Let's discover the Port of Gruissan, a 20th-century creation, and head for the Village, a typical medieval circulade with its Château.
From the Promenade des Palmiers, we'll contemplate the Capitainerie de Gruissan, which manages the yachts. Skirting the main basin, where the boats are docked, we'll make our way to Place des Menhirs, the emblematic site of the Port of Gruissan. From this square, we'll be able to see the architecture so characteristic of the Port.
Then we'll walk to the Old Village, where the Tour Barberousse towers above us. At its foot is the village church, built in the 13th century, the school and the old port, where the daily catch is sold at the fish market...
