The Bordeaux Métropole City Pass is available for 48 or 72 hours, consecutively, for individual travelers, and offers free or reduced-price access to services and attractions. The validity of the card begins with the first use. A practical guidebook is provided with the card.

• The City Pass is available for adults from 18 years of age
• The validity of the card begins with the first use. A practical guidebook is provided with the card
• Once you have your City Pass, you can book visits at the Bordeaux Tourist Office (subject to availability)
• Please note that on May 1, public transport and museums are closed
• You should present your voucher at the Bordeaux Tourist Office (meeting point) to get the City Pass and the leaflet with the detailed offer. Do not go directly to the Cité du Vin, as you cannot get your City Pass there.
• Pey-Berland is closed all summer

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
