Your special access status means the guards will also open gates just for your group, letting you into areas such as a secret chapel decorated with skulls and femurs.
The Paris Catacombs contain bones representing some 2,000 years of history, and their construction was a unique civil engineering project that helped give rise to the modern-day city.

• There are 130 steps to the Paris Catacombs. Unfortunately, there is no elevator access
• The Paris Catacombs tunnels are often wet and cool (14°C/57°F all year long)
• Please note that there are neither toilets nor cloakroom facilities at the Paris Catacombs
• Only bags smaller than 55 cm x 35 cm x 20 cm are allowed
• Please note: This tour has a decreased group size of six people and a modified price on select start times (1:30 PM, 4:30 PM, and 5:30 PM) to allow for a more intimate experience. At 12:30 PM and 5:00 PM, this tour has a group size of 19 guests.
• The catacombs are not wheelchair accessible and not recommended for those with mobility limitations.
• Areas visited during this tour are subject to closure. Your guide may need to modify areas visited on the day of the tour.

Directions by metro: Take Line 4 or 6 to Denfert-Rochereau Metro Station. Upon leaving the train, follow the "sortie" (exit) sign.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
