Description
A mindfulness walk in the heart of the Calanques National Park, followed by a yoga session and meditation on the beach, for an inner journey in a natural setting.
Marseilleveyre : a loop starting from the port of Callelongue, a short climb to join the GR 98/51 along the edge with panoramic views of the sea, the Calanques de Cassis, Île Maïre, Jaïre and Riou. Vegan gourmet break.
Yoga session on a Napoleonic artillery facing Riou Island and picnic on the wild Marseilleveyre cove, only accessible on foot or by sea. Return via the Calanque de la Mounine with a gentle climb to the Callelongue semaphore, with its 360-degree view of Marseille, the Frioul islands and the Blue Coast range on one side and the Riou archipelago and the Calanques on the other. Return to the Callelongue port car park.
Yoga is suitable for all levels. It gently awakens the entire body, improving concentration and feeling in harmony with nature.
The hike is enhanced by botanical and historical facts and various anecdotes about the myths and legends of Provence.
