07:30 Pickup from your hotel. Departure destination Champagne region. The ride takes about 2 hours (140 km) and one part of it goes along the picturesque Champagne landscapes and vineyards. One stop at a rest area will be made.

10:00 - 11:00 Champagne Chateau Boursault is a small family producing Champagne since several generations. During the tasting of 3 glasses of Champagne You will get explanations about the family history and Champagne production. You will have time to walk to the Castle and see the vineyards inside the walls of the Chateau.
10:10 Departure to Epernay (10 km). It takes about 15 minutes.
Attn. On Sundays Chateau Boursault is closed and will be replaced with another Champagne house.

11:15 - 13:00 Arrival in Epernay. Guided tour at Moet et Chandon "L"Imperial" including the underground cellars visit and tasting of 2 glasses of Champagne: Moët Impérial, Rosé Impérial.
We can organise as well higher level Experiences by Moet et Chandon: "Signature", "Autour du Grand Vintage", "Moet Collection".
Moet et Chandon is the world's biggest Champagne producer. Every second one bottle of Moet et Chandon Champagne is being opened.

13:00 - 14:30 Lunch break in Épernay. Épernay is known as the Champagne Capital of France. Located along the Marne surrounded by the wine hills it is Home to many region’s most prestigious champagne houses. Épernay is a must for wine and champagne lovers. Walk the Avenue of Champagne attracts many tourists.
14:30 Departure to Ay village. It takes 10 minutes (6 km).

14:45 - 16:15 Champagne Ayala since 1860 "Visit Prestige", English guided including the Champagne tasting of 4 glasses of Champagne.: Brut Majeur, Rosé Majeur, Brut Nature & une cuvée millésimée. Visit the CAVES and discover the method of Champagne making by AYALA. Walking to the roof with panoramic views over the region. 16:15 Departure to Hautvillers - a small historical village on the top of the hills. It takes about 10 minutes (6 km).

16:30- 17:00 Visit the Abbey's Church of Sindulphe d'Hautvillers (Abbaye Saint-Pierre d'Hautvillers). It is a former Benedictine monastery. The Abbey was founded in 665 and remained active till the French Revolution 1789. Dom Perignon has developed the wine making methods in the region of Champagne. Nowadays there are 26 local Champagne producers in the village. Stop at the View point with best Panoramic views over the vineyards and Marne river.
17:00 Departure to Paris. It takes 2 to 2,5 hours depending on traffic (135 km).

19:30 Coming back to Paris. Drop off at Your hotel.
