• Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the activity starts. The participants who come later than the meeting time are considered as No Show

• You will receive your headphones the first time you use your ticket
• Cruise tickets are valid for up to one month
• Seine cruises operate from April-September, departing every 30 minutes from 10:00 AM-10:00 PM (no service at 1:00 PM and 7:30 PM); on weekends and weekdays in June, July, and August, from 10:00 AM-11:00 PM; from October-March, hourly from 10:30 AM-9:30 PM (except 1:00 PM and 7:30 PM); and on weekends and weekdays during French Zone C school holidays, from 10:00 AM-10:00 PM

All participants who are over 18 years old must present either QR-code proof of full vaccination, QR-code proof of a Covid-19 infection in the last 6 months, or a document confirming medical contraindications for vaccination with a negative PCR test taken no more than 72 hours before the activity starts
All participants who are over 16 years old must present an EU Covid-19 certificate proving full vaccination with either a Moderna, Pfizer/BioNTech, Johnson&Johnson, or AstraZeneca vaccine. Only EU Covid-19 certificates will be accepted. Non-EU proof of vaccination can be exchanged for an EU version in any pharmacy in Paris. All participants between 12 years and 2 months and 15 years old must present a sanitary pass indicating either proof of full vaccination, proof of Covid-19 infection within the last 6 months, or a negative test taken no more than 24 hours before the activity starts
All participants who are 12 years and older must present a Reinforced Green Pass that is valid in the EU and has a verifiable QR code. Reinforced Green Passes can only be obtained by uploading either proof of full vaccination or proof of a Covid-19 infection within the last 6 months to either the Green Pass or Covid Certificate app

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
