• The entire monument is a non-smoking zone.
• Tables are assigned in advance. It is not possible to choose a table on the spot.
• 6 people maximum per booking. It is not possible to seat more than 6 people at the same table.
• You do not need an ascent ticket for children under 4 years old, but please make sure to inform us if you are coming with one.
Collect the lift tickets at 11:30 AM at the welcome desk of Madame Brasserie between the north and east pillars, by the ATM. Access the Eiffel Tower’s esplanade through the south entrance and skip the line at the first security check. Look for the sign with the Madame Brasserie logo for direct access to the restaurant.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
