Starting from Place de l'Europe in Montpellier at 9 am. You have to come 15 min before to make sure i have time to give you all your equipment !

Discover the Terrasses du Larzac and visit an authentic olive grove in the heart of nature. Enjoy breathtaking views and learn all about the artisanal process of making Occitan Olive Oil. Meet the owners, Sandrine and Sébastien MORA, and let them tell you all about their passion, which has become their profession. After the visit, to whet your appetite, you'll taste a range of 100% local olive oils, tapenades and olives!

Then enjoy a picnic of local produce under the shade of the olive trees.

Then head off to meet a winegrower who is passionate about her appellation: AOP Terrasses du Larzac. Visit the wine-making cellar, stroll through the vines and taste the wines in a friendly atmosphere.

To finish on a high note, take a stroll through the magnificent streets of the famous medieval village of St Guilhem le Désert, listed as the most beautiful village in France by UNESCO.
