Each sense (Sight, Sound, Touch, Smell, Taste) will provide different relaxing experience.
Traditional sauna can be added.
The tour is conducted in one of national parks near Helsinki by a professional wilderness guide certified by Finnish authority.
The guide will meet you in a city center and guide you to the national park by public transportation.
The total hiking distance will be about 5-9 km (The route can be flexibly altered due to the physical conditions and preference of the group).
During the tour, the guide will explain geography, history, Finnish lifestyle, how Finns connected to nature, codes of conduct, flora and fauna.
Also the tour consists of several practices opening up five senses to enhance your experience in nature (5 senses means 5 different perspectives to interpret nature).
At a campfire site with a lake view, open fire will be prepared.
Finnish snacks cooked with the open fire and hot drinks will be served.
The tour ends at a Finnish traditional smoke sauna so taking sauna is possible after the tour.
We highly recommend to take the sauna as this is only in Finland experience.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
