Begin the day's adventure with hotel pickup in Rovaniemi. Before setting off on the tour, your professional guide will demonstrate how to correctly handle the snowmobiles.
Cruise along through the snowy terrain, led by your guide the entire way. Arrive to the reindeer farm, where local herders will share insights on the herding lifestyle and what it is like to be a reindeer herder in the 21st century.
After a briefing from the herders, drive your own reindeer sledge on a short, 1,640-foot-long ride. Your newly obtained skills will be rewarded with a reindeer-sledge driver's license, which you can take home as a fun souvenir. To round off the experience and defrost a bit, enjoy warm refreshments at the farm.

• Snowmobile equipment will be provided
• Visit to a Reindeer farm, short reindeer sledding experience, and 1-hour of snowmobile driving are included
• In order to drive a snowmobile, one must have a valid driver's license for a regular, passenger car
• Please note that the only Chinese driver's licenses accepted in Finland are from Hong Kong and Macao
• Each snowmobile seats two people
• Pickup is provided 30 minutes prior to departure from Rovaniemi city center and within a radius of nine miles
• Children under 14 years will be seated on a sled pulled by the guide's snowmobile
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned
The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds
You are required to bring and wear a mask
Pickups will start 30 minutes to 1 hour before the tour starts. The exact pickup time will be informed by email the day before your tour. Please wait outside of your accommodation or in the hotel lobby area 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
