Leave the city of Rovaniemi to become immersed in nature and take in the striking natural scenery. Travel to strategic locations to gaze at the Northern Lights and snap incredible photos.
Our tour start from Rovaniemi. We will then head out of the city, far from city lights and find the best locations. We try to get early to the spot to see the aurora in time, and we don’t leave until the aurora is over.
The tour is very flexible, and each night we choose a different spot and departure time.
Price includes professional aurora photos & videos, warm clothes & boots, snacks & hot tea.
The tour is better for adults. If you have kids, it is not recommended. Teenagers should be ok.
Keep in mind that on some nights it’s too cloudy everywhere or solar activity is too small. In this cases tour will be cancelled, or postponed.
!!!!!!!!! Please remember Aurora activity changes from night to night , sometimes it can be rather small ,and strong colors are only visible through camera. Other time it can be medium strong. Strong aurora can happen several times per month. Aurora storms with colorful auroras happen rarely. Nobody can predict how strong it will be but with clear skies only we can see northern lights. Also when planning your trip try to avoid full moon, when the moon is bright, you can only see the lights on the photo or if aurora is strong enough
*** Weather and clouds conditions is very important for Aurora Hunt. I will confirm the conditions after 4pm on the same day as the hunt. If the conditions are not good, then I will cancel and you will receive full refund.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
